Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Each MAANIH saree is carefully curated and inspected to ensure quality. Due to the nature of handloom products, we follow a transparent return policy.

Returns & Exchanges  
We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:
• Damaged product
• Manufacturing defect
• Incorrect product received

Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or videos.

Non-Returnable Items  
• Products showing signs of use
• Items without original tags or packaging
• Custom or made-to-order pieces
• Color or texture variations inherent to handloom weaving

Refunds  
Once the return is approved and the product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges  
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

Shipping Costs  
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the issue is due to an error from MAANIH.
